Individual Therapy

EMDR
Many people carry the effects of past experiences long after the event itself has ended. Trauma-focused therapy helps the brain and body process these experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming.
Some of our clinicians are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process distressing memories and reduce emotional reactivity.

LENS
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a gentle, non-invasive, brain-based therapy that helps the nervous system regulate more effectively. Using extremely low-strength electromagnetic signals, LENS supports the brain’s natural ability to move out of patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, difficulty focusing, or mental fog.
Sessions are brief, comfortable, and tailored to each person’s unique brain activity. LENS can be a helpful addition to counseling for clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or looking for a different approach to support healing and improved mental clarity.
Couples Therapy

Play Therapy
